ReelsFactory Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI-powered UGC video generation service ("Service") provided by ReelsFactory ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  1. Service: All services provided by the Company, including AI Avatar image/video generation and Hook+Demo video synthesis
  2. User: Any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service
  3. AI-Generated Content: All content created through the Service, including images and videos
  4. Credits: Virtual currency units required to use the Service
  5. Subscription: Paid plans that provide credits on a monthly basis

3. Acceptance and Changes to Terms

  1. These Terms become effective when you sign up for or begin using the Service.
  2. We may modify these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, with at least 7 days' notice before changes take effect.
  3. Users who do not agree to modified Terms may stop using the Service and delete their account.
  4. If you do not express objection within 7 days after notification of changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the changes.
