Omni Video AI (“the App”) is operated by Thing Apps (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the App collects, what it sends to third parties, and what it does not do.

1. Summary

The App turns a photo and a short description into a generated video. To do that, your photo and your description are sent to a third-party video generation service. Everything else is kept to a minimum:

• You are not asked to create an account. No name, no email, no password.
• We do not collect analytics, usage tracking, or crash reports.
• We do not show ads and we do not sell data.
• The App requests one device permission: access to your photo library, and only at the moment you choose a photo.

2. Your identity in the App

When the App first launches it signs in anonymously and is issued a random identifier (a UUID). That identifier is how your videos, credits and subscription are kept separate from other people’s. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number, Apple ID or Google account.

Two consequences worth understanding:

• We have no way to tell who you are, so we cannot identify you from a support email unless you tell us your identifier.
• If you delete and reinstall the App, a new identifier is created and the previous one cannot be recovered. Your earlier videos and any active subscription will not carry over automatically. See §9.
