These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Percol mobile application ("the
App"), operated by Thing Apps ("we", "us", "our"). The App is distributed as
xyz.thingapps.percol on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.
Percol analyses a selfie you provide and generates a personal colour and styling report: a seasonal colour classification, a written description, and a set of report pages you can view, save to your photo library, or share.
The App is offline-first. Reports you have already generated remain readable without a network connection. Generating a new report requires connectivity, because the analysis runs on our servers and a third-party AI service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 14 and resident in the Republic of Korea, you must obtain the consent of a legal guardian before submitting any photograph, as required by the Personal Information Protection Act.
By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements. We may terminate access where we learn they are not met.
The App creates an anonymous account for you at first launch. There is no sign-up, password, email address, or social login.
