Percol (“the App”) is developed and operated by Thing Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, why it collects it, who it is shared with, and what control you have over it.
The App is distributed as xyz.thingapps.percol on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Percol turns a selfie into a personal colour and styling report. That means the App handles a photograph of your face, which is the most sensitive thing it touches. The short version of how we treat it:

If you email support, the App pre-fills the message with your app version, build number, platform, and OS version so that we can reproduce the problem. You can delete any of that before sending. Your email address becomes known to us only because you chose to write to us.
