Personal information refers to information about a living individual that can identify the service user (including information that can be easily combined with other information to identify a specific individual, even if the information alone cannot identify a specific individual). • Provision of AI Character Conversation Service and Improvement of Dialogue Algorithm for AI Character Conversation Service: MiniPal, Thing Apps' AI character (hereinafter referred to as "Character") conversation service, is a service that allows users to freely converse with characters. It provides the basic function of analyzing user-entered content and outputting appropriate responses and customized digital content for users, and utilizes the conversation content (including text, audio, video, and all associated information such as metadata) exchanged by users to improve AI. In addition, personal information is used for user identification within the service, connection with other services or accounts created through them, and provision of other content and additional services.
• Service Improvement: It is used for service improvement purposes such as identifying users' usage records such as error occurrence history and poor usage history, or improving the usage environment through user surveys and interviews.
• Membership Management: Identification and authentication of users in accordance with the provision of services to users, maintenance and management of membership qualifications, etc.
• Development of New Services and Use in Marketing/Advertising: Development of new services such as research and development of artificial intelligence technology, including artificial intelligence chatbot algorithm development, and provision of customized services, provision of services and advertisement based on statistical characteristics, verification of service effectiveness, provision of events and advertising information and participation opportunities, understanding access frequency, and statistics on members' service use.
